Here at Tech Connect, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in helping the community. Many people struggle with new technology, some are even afraid of it. The technology trainer is here to provide you will the knowledge that will help you strive in the technological age. Amanda will help you learn more about your phone, tablet, or computer so that you can be more comfortable.

This program was initiated by the Madison County Libraries and is funded by a grant received by the former New York State Senator, David Valesky. This program is designed to assist patrons with technology to make access library resources easier. The Technology Trainer rotates among five libraries in Madison County: Canastota, Oneida, Hamilton, Chittenango, and Cazenovia. The Tech Trainer can assist you with many of your technological needs in a one-on-one session.
