New changes coming to Overdrive.

Coming this March, Overdrive will be introducing a new feature “Deliver Later”. Patrons will no longer be required to borrow available holds within the three days. Patrons who are not ready for the book or have failed to borrow within the three days, will have another chance to borrow the book at a later time.
This will remove the ability for Overdrive to "Automatically Borrow" holds that are made available. If you choose to have it delivered later, the item will pass it on to the next person. The book will become available for you again on or shortly after the day your request, depending on when the patron returns it.
This change was made as an attempt to make things easier and more convenient for patrons.
The new hold re-delivery may takes some getting used to, if you are having a difficult time understanding the new process. Ask away or make an appointment with the Technology Trainer, Amanda!
